The tellosocks.com website and the TELLO brand are operated by Jordan Threads for Textile Industries L.L.C., a company registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing the website, using its services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced within them.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase contract or use the website with the consent of a parent, guardian or legal representative.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, where an account is created.

1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, sizes, colours, materials and images accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting or screen settings.

We may update packaging or non-material product specifications where necessary, provided that the essential nature and quality of the product are not materially affected.

All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to the shopping cart does not reserve it.

1. PRICES AND CURRENCIES

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website or associated with the customer’s selected country. Converted prices may be approximate or subject to the exchange rate applied at the time of payment.

Known shipping charges, taxes and additional amounts will be displayed before the order is confirmed. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and other fees imposed by the destination country.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, product or description errors. If an error affects an order that has already been submitted, we will contact the customer to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it and issue a full refund.

1. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

An order confirmation acknowledges that the order has reached our system but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

An order is accepted after its details, product availability and payment have been verified, or once order processing has begun.

We may reasonably refuse, limit or cancel an order due to unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud, unauthorised resale activity or a breach of these Terms.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by TELLO, the eligible amount paid will be refunded.

1. PAYMENT

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, order value or services currently enabled.

The customer confirms that they own or are authorised to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed through authorised payment service providers and may be subject to security or identity verification.

Cash on delivery is available only for the destinations and orders for which it is displayed at checkout.

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are governed by the Shipping and Delivery Policy published on the website. That policy forms part of these Terms and explains shipping charges, delivery estimates, order tracking, customs requirements and address responsibilities.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

1. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact TELLO at info@tellosocks.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the request. However, a change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order has been confirmed, as processing may begin immediately.

Once an order has been prepared or handed to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be cancelled. The customer may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.

1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

All returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Return, Exchange and Refund Policy published on the website.

The policy explains return eligibility, the 14-day return period, hygiene requirements, shipping costs, inspections, exchanges, store credit and refund methods.

1. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions, discounts and promotional codes are subject to their advertised terms and validity periods.

Offers or promotional codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise. Promotional codes may not be sold, transferred or misused.

TELLO may cancel a discount or order if a promotional code is used fraudulently or contrary to its conditions.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The TELLO name, trademarks, logos, designs, photographs, text, graphics and other website content are owned by Jordan Threads for Textile Industries L.L.C. or used under licence.

The content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission, except for lawful personal and non-commercial use.

1. REVIEWS AND USER CONTENT

By submitting a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that the content is lawful, accurate and does not infringe the rights of another person.

TELLO may display and use submitted content for operating and promoting the website, subject to applicable law.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, offensive or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

1. PROHIBITED USES

You must not use the website:

• For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

These services are governed by the terms and privacy policies of their respective providers. TELLO is not responsible for third-party content or practices beyond its reasonable control.

1. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate, secure and available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

Parts of the website may be suspended or changed for maintenance, updates, security reasons or circumstances beyond our control.

1. LIABILITY

TELLO remains responsible for its contractual and legal obligations to the extent required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TELLO is not responsible for indirect or reasonably unforeseeable losses resulting from use of the website or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted or reduces any mandatory consumer rights.

1. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

TELLO is not responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, civil disruption, service outages, government restrictions, customs delays, transportation interruptions or carrier failures.

The collection, processing, use and sharing of personal information are governed by the Privacy Policy published on the website.

1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms when our products, services, procedures or legal requirements change.

The updated Terms apply from the date they are published on the website. Changes will not retrospectively alter orders accepted before that date unless required by law.

1. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

The courts of Amman shall have jurisdiction over disputes where legally permitted. This does not deprive consumers of any mandatory protection available under the applicable laws of their country of residence.

1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
